The predicted salary is between 43200 - 54000 £ per year.

Full-time | 45 hours per week, including weekends on a rotational basis.

In this role:

  • You’ll lead and drive performance of the Sales team, overseeing both new and used vehicle sales.
  • You’ll achieve weekly sales targets for vehicles, finance, and insurance products, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • You’ll be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and driving business growth in alignment with the store’s goals.
  • You’ll lead by example – working closely with customers, managing escalations, and supporting team development through coaching, performance management, and recognition.

Someone with proven experience as a Sales Manager within the automotive industry, preferably in a main dealership environment. Someone with a leader’s mindset and strong relationship-building skills, able to inspire and motivate a team to consistently meet and exceed targets. Someone results-oriented, with a track record of maximising profitability through effective stock management and sales strategies.
