In this role:
- You’ll develop strong, lasting relationships with local businesses, helping them find tailored vehicle and finance solutions that support their operations.
- You’ll manage the full B2B sales journey – from identifying prospects and creating a sales pipeline, to closing deals and ensuring a smooth, professional handover.
- You’ll maintain an up-to-date knowledge of brand products, business leasing options, and insurance packages to offer the best service and advice possible.
Someone with proven sales experience in the automotive sector, ideally with B2B or fleet sales background. Someone with strong influencing skills and the ability to convert enquiries into lasting customer relationships. Someone who can take ownership of their performance and consistently deliver against targets. Most importantly, someone who acts with integrity, professionalism and takes pride in representing Marshall.
