Are you a commercially driven leader with a passion for performance, people, and customer excellence? We are recruiting for an Operations Director to lead a portfolio of manufacturer brands and inspire a team of Franchise Directors across the UK. Reporting directly to the Group Managing Director as a senior leader of the Retail Operations, you will have the opportunity to shape strategy, strengthen OEM partnerships, and drive outstanding business and customer outcomes in a fast-paced, evolving sector.
