Responsibilities:
- Provide client quotations, order vehicles, allocate vehicle registration numbers, tax new vehicles and produce client invoices.
- Maintain accurate vehicle stock records.
- Liaise with the vehicle preparation centre to ensure vehicles complete a pre-delivery inspection.
- Arrange vehicle delivery or collection by the client.
- Support others and thrive on keeping things organised and running smoothly.
- Lead all post-sale related administration processes for fleet sales.
Qualifications:
- Naturally organised with good time management skills.
- Confident IT skills, particularly in MS Excel.
- Previous administration experience – ideally from an automotive background, though this is not essential.
- Strong IT skills (Excel essential; Kerridge experience is a bonus), excellent attention to detail, and a methodical, accurate working style.
