You will be responsible for ensuring our reward practices are competitive, fair, and aligned with our business objectives, ensuring our employees feel valued and supported.
Responsibilities & Qualifications- Lead on the development and implementation of reward projects, programs, and policies.
- Conduct market benchmarking and salary reviews to ensure competitiveness.
- Design and implement incentive schemes, bonus structures, and long‑term reward programs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and corporate governance practices.
- Provide expert advice to HR and management on all reward‑related matters.
- Lead the communication of reward activities and effectively engage with employees.
- Respond to reward‑related inquiries from employees and stakeholders.
- Lead the annual pay review process and the management of employee benefits programs, including pensions, health insurance, and other benefits.
- Collaborate with HR and the business to ensure alignment between reward strategies and overall business goals.
- Optimise our data hub and streamline processes performed by the HR analysts.
- Analyse data and prepare detailed reports for management.
- Proven experience in a UK reward role, preferably within a corporate or large‑scale environment.
- Experience in reviewing and administering UK employee benefits programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Experience in benchmarking and job evaluation.
- Good knowledge of UK employment law, reward regulations and UK employee benefits legislation.
- Experience reviewing incentive schemes.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with a keen eye for detail.
