You will drive profitable growth across our Hyundai & Nissan Division — championing innovation, elevating customer satisfaction, and empowering teams to deliver exceptional results. In this role:
- Maximise divisional profitability by driving sales volume, margin performance, strong stock control and budget management.
- Increase finance & insurance penetration through targeted initiatives that uplift performance.
- Analyse and improve Sales CSI across the division using insights, root‑cause analysis and clear action planning.
- Ensure consistent, high‑quality sales processes that meet Group, Manufacturer and Regulatory standards.
- Support and coach General Sales Managers, providing guidance on sales challenges, operational controls and performance management.
- Collaborate with OEM partners to meet brand KPIs and uphold all standards.
- Lead accurate, timely reporting and administration to strengthen operational excellence.
- Champion best practice, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across every site.
A candidate with proven experience in an automotive divisional sales role, or a Head of Business / General Manager with a strong sales background. Someone who is willing and able to travel across the Hyundai & Nissan Division, maintaining presence in stores as required, and is commutable to at least one site. A strong, inspirational leader who can motivate and develop large, diverse teams. An innovative thinker with a continuous‑improvement mindset who can design and implement impactful initiatives. Someone with deep automotive sales expertise and a proactive, solutions‑focused approach. An individual who can switch confidently between strategic leadership and hands‑on operational delivery. A sharp analytical thinker who anticipates challenges, interprets data effectively, and takes decisive action. Someone who acts with integrity, calmness and professionalism, aligned to our Group Values.
