Take your finance career to the next level with a brand that values integrity, development, and leadership. At Marshall Nissan Grantham, we’re offering an exciting opportunity for an analytical, detail-oriented Management Accountant to join one of the UK’s most respected automotive groups.

In this role:

  • You’ll support the dealership leadership team with accurate and timely financial reporting, helping to drive performance and informed decision-making across the business.
  • You’ll produce management accounts, assist in forecasting, and handle queries on all financial matters within the dealership.
  • You’ll also lead a small team of accounts and admin colleagues, ensuring a high standard of work and consistent processes that align with divisional and group practices.

Someone with an accountant qualification (or qualified by experience), ideally with a background in automotive retail – though this is not essential. Someone with strong attention to detail, who can work independently and confidently take ownership of day-to-day finance activities. Someone who can motivate and support their team while collaborating effectively with stakeholders across the business. Most importantly, someone who thrives on accuracy, accountability, and upholding the values of professionalism and integrity.
