Job Overview
Marshall Nissan Maidstone is looking for a skilled Service Technician to join our after‑sales team.
The role involves servicing, diagnosing, and repairing a range of vehicles while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing and maintenance on a range of vehicles, including diagnostic, warranty and repair work.
- Handle a variety of vehicle maintenance tasks, from oil changes to cambelt changes, supported by digital write‑ups and job‑card completion.
- Conduct electronic vehicle health checks (e VHCs) in line with Marshall standards.
Qualifications
- Recognised Level3 qualification (IMI, City&Guilds or equivalent).
- Previous experience as a Service Technician/Mechanic, ideally with exposure to both warranty and servicing work.
- Strong teamwork skills, follows process and upholds high standards of safety and quality.
- Customer‑centric, can‑do attitude and willingness to drive personal and company career forward.
- MOT licence is a plus; full training available if not yet qualified.
