At Marshall Nissan Leicester, we offer an exciting opportunity for a skilled and qualified Master Technician to join our high‑performing aftersales team.
This pivotal role requires expertise to solve complex issues at the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Carry out a range of maintenance work on a range of vehicles, including diagnostic, warranty and repair work.
- Complete mechanical, electrical and hydraulic repairs safely and efficiently, working in line with manufacturer standards.
- Support less skilled Technicians in diagnosing all types of issues, guiding them on being highly efficient.
- Mentor and share knowledge and expertise with the workshop.
Qualifications
- Master Technician Level3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent).
- Exposure to both complex diagnostic and servicing work, with experience in electrical and mechanical systems.
- Strong teamwork skills, following process and upholding high standards of safety and quality.
- Customer‑centric, can‑do attitude and a mentor mindset.
