Step up your sales career and drive great outcomes for our customers and your team. At Marshall BMW & MINI Hook, we’re offering an exciting opportunity for a confident and experienced Transaction Manager to take on a pivotal role in one of the UK’s most respected automotive retailers.

In this role:

  • You’ll facilitate the sale of finance, insurance, warranties and value-added products, ensuring compliance with all FCA guidelines.
  • You’ll support the Sales Executives by providing expert advice and assistance in closing deals, appraising part exchanges, and guiding customers through their purchase journey.
  • You’ll lead by example, mentoring and developing your team to improve their performance and product knowledge, particularly around F&I.
  • You’ll manage performance reporting on finance and insurance, ensuring accurate tracking and continuous improvement.

Someone with experience as a Transaction or Business Manager from a franchised automotive dealership, though we will consider a high-performing Sales Executive or Sales Controller ready to step up. Someone with strong commercial awareness and a solid understanding of F&I regulation and best practice. Someone organised, a confident team leader who can inspire trust, coach effectively, and support a high-performance sales culture. Most importantly, someone who thrives in a customer‑focused, compliance‑driven environment, and who’s ready to help others succeed while delivering great outcomes.
