Your Mission

As Head of Business, you’ll be the driving force behind every aspect of the store’s operations. Reporting directly to the Franchise Director, you’ll:

• Recruit, inspire and lead a brand-new team of automotive professionals
• Create a culture of excellence, performance and customer obsession
• Oversee sales and aftersales, ensuring financial targets are met
• Deliver strategic marketing initiatives to fuel growth
• Champion customer satisfaction and brand standards
• Ensure compliance with Group, manufacturer and regulatory frameworks
