Working Hours: Full-time | 40 Hours Monday to Friday only

Responsibilities:

  • Provide client quotations, order vehicles, allocate vehicle registration numbers, tax new vehicles and produce client invoices.
  • Maintain accurate vehicle stock records.
  • Liaise with the vehicle preparation centre to ensure vehicles complete a pre‑delivery inspection.
  • Arrange vehicle delivery or collection by the client.
  • Support others and thrive on keeping things organised and running smoothly.
  • Lead all post‑sale related administration processes for fleet sales.

Qualifications:

  • Naturally organised with good time management skills.
  • Confident IT skills, particularly in MS Excel.
  • Previous administration experience – ideally from an automotive background, though this is not essential.
  • Strong IT skills (Excel essential; Kerridge experience is a bonus), excellent attention to detail, and a methodical, accurate working style.
  • Customer‑centric, can‑do attitude ready to drive career forward.
