TPS (Volkswagen Group Trade Parts Specialists) Divisional Head of Business
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week

The Role
As the Divisional Head of Business, you will represent Constellation and Marshall for TPS across our locations. Ideally, you will live a commutable distance to one of the stores located at Dartford, Tunbridge Wells, Reading, Swindon, Oxford, Exeter and London and be happy to travel and have presence within your stores. Reporting to the National Franchise Director, you will be required to be hands-on, leading, coaching, and driving performance while ensuring our goal of customer service excellence remains the number one priority.

What you’ll do
- Leading a team of TPS Centre Managers from Tunbridge Wells to Exeter.
- Working in alignment with our Volkswagen Group partner to grow Trade Parts sales across our areas of responsibility.
- Managing and growing our fantastic network of mechanical and body repair trade customers.
- Driving the sale of genuine Trade Parts for Audi, SEAT, Å koda, CUPRA and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles.
Who you are
To be successful in this role, you will need to have Automotive Aftersales and Trade Parts experience and have a demonstrable experience of managing large aftersales or trade parts teams over multiple sites. In addition to you experience, you will demonstrate the following skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- A professional and calm approach with strong stakeholder management skills
