We’re looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our small, dedicated, and personable in-house talent team. You’ll be given full autonomy and ownership across your brands and divisions, acting as the go-to person for all things recruitment.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the Group, building trusted relationships and delivering exceptional experiences for both candidates and hiring managers. This is a team that celebrates ideas, collaboration, and adaptability - all with the shared goal of creating a high-quality recruitment experience that reflects and represents Marshall Motor Group.

In This Role:

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising and sourcing through to interviews, feedback, and offer management.
  • Confidently manage counter-offers and pre-close conversations, maintaining strong candidate engagement throughout the process to minimise withdrawals.
  • Enable hiring managers to focus on daily operations by taking full accountability for recruitment, reducing admin and improving efficiency.
  • Partner strategically with Franchise Directors, Divisional Teams, and HR Business Partners through meetings, sharing hiring insights and data-led updates.
  • Offer consultative advice on workforce planning, interview strategy, and recruitment best practice.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for key roles, reducing time-to-hire and ensuring business continuity.
  • Take ownership of agency usage and cost management, driving direct sourcing and improving cost-per-hire.
  • Manage high-volume recruitment across multiple brands, balancing priorities and acting as a trusted expert within your divisions.

An experienced recruiter – either internal or agency – with a strong understanding of stakeholder management and relationship building. Someone with excellent interpersonal skills who takes pride in delivering a five-star experience to candidates and the business. Confident decision-making skills, with the ability to work autonomously and at pace, using data to support recommendations. A solution-focused mindset – adaptable, positive, and able to influence outcomes constructively. The ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities across different brands, all while keeping quality and engagement front of mind.
