The predicted salary is between 25000 - 32000 £ per year.

Role overview: Support the sales process behind the scenes and help keep our store running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Support both the Sales and Finance teams with day‑to‑day administration involved in selling new and used vehicles.
  • Maintain accurate vehicle stock records, organise new registrations and taxation, and liaise with the workshop to ensure pre‑sale work is completed on time.
  • Prepare handover files, process sales invoices and ensure all documentation is completed and compliant to support a seamless customer journey.

Qualifications:

  • Previous administration experience – ideally from an automotive background but not essential.
  • Strong IT skills – Excel essential; Kerridge experience a bonus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical, accurate working style.
  • Ability to manage workload independently, communicate confidently across departments and work well within a team.
  • Enjoy supporting others and thrive on keeping things organised and running smoothly.
