At Marshall Mercedes- Benz we\’re offering an exciting opportunity for an eager and passionate individual to join us as an Apprentice Technician, where you can develop your craft under the guidance and support of a Mentor and the Mercedes- Benz accreditation training. You\’ll benefit from state-of-the-art facilities, a friendly team and manufacturer training that keeps you on top of your game.

In this role:

• You\’ll learn both by doing, and by studying – with a combination of workshop training and class based training, you\’ll get everything you need to succeed in becoming a highly effective Technician
• You\’ll shadow more skilled Technicians to show you how to conduct a multitude of jobs, including but not limited to routine servicing, Pre Delivery Inspections, simple and complex maintenance work.
• You\’ll grow accustomed to maintaining records of all your jobs, as well as keep your work station safe and tidy.

We\’re looking for:

• Someone with a keen eye for detail, and passion for the trade
• Someone who isn\’t afraid to ask questions, and is eager to learn
• Someone with a minimum of a Grace C or 4 in English and Maths, due to the Apprenticeship Scheme requirements.
