Marshall Moore are currently recruiting for an HR Administrator on behalf of one of our long standing Financial Services clients. This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a business with a strong company culture, excellent benefits and genuine opportunities for training and development.
The successful candidate will provide broad HR administration support across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, pre-employment checks, contracts, payroll support, benefits administration and learning & development.
You’ll work closely with managers, employees, candidates and external agencies, building strong relationships and supporting with day-to-day HR queries and processes. A strong administrative background, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
To be considered, you’ll need:
- Previous HR administration experience
- Experience supporting employee lifecycle and recruitment activities
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Experience with onboarding, contracts, checks and payroll processes
- CIPD Level 3 minimum
- Professional services experience, ideally within financial services, accountancy or a similar environment
