Marshall Land Systems is seeking an Electrical Production Supervisor based in Merthyr Tydfil, South Wales. You will lead Electrical Production teams, ensure safety, delivery, and quality, and partner with Planning, Engineering and Quality to meet project milestones.
The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of BS 7671 and IPC‑A‑620, and a hands-on approach to process improvement, problem-solving and stakeholder management within a defence-oriented manufacturing environment.
