You're someone who works best when the setup's solid, the drawings are clear, and the machine is running just right. As a CNC Setter Operator, you're not chasing targets or cutting corners. As part of our team, you will contribute to the manufacturing of high-precision components for critical industries such as nuclear, defence, and oil and gas.

It's not just pressing buttons; you'll be setting and operating CNC lathes using 2 and 3 axis Fanuc controls. You may be working on conventional CNCs, Twin spindle and twin turret, Doosan's, Biglia's and sliding head machines, machines that are maintained properly, with everything you need to do a good job.

As a CNC Setter Operator, you'll be involved from the start of the job:

  • Completing full machine set ups on various types and sizes of machines.
  • Working with exotic materials.
  • Editing programmes when needed.
  • Checking everything is to the required standard.

  • Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 4:00pm
