As a CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator, you know the difference between running parts and making them right. This is about the second one. You'll be reading drawings, writing programmes from scratch, setting, running and tweaking. Working on 3 axis machines, holding tight tolerances, doing the job properly. They won't set you up to fail here. They'll expect around 3 years hands on as a CNC Programmer Setter Operator, because everyone around you knows their craft and standards matter.
