You’re good at sales. You know how to get in front of people, build relationships and bring work in. As Business Development Manager, you’ll be out on the road across the UK and further when needed, building distribution partners and developing end user relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Trade shows
- Strategic business development
- Getting in front of the right people
This role involves travelling, meeting partners, seeing markets properly and building relationships that go beyond a screen. This is capital equipment, so you already know it’s not quick wins. You stay close, build trust, and see it through.
The product is already proven. It’s in the market, it’s used, and it stands up. You’re taking something solid and growing it. You’ll have the backing of a global group behind you, which brings credibility when you’re sat in front of customers. It opens doors and gives you the confidence that what you’re selling has weight behind it.
You will shape how you approach your market, how you build your network, and how this grows. You’ll be building this alongside a new Sales Director who wants to do it properly, and you will have your say, not just follow what’s always been done.
£65,000 basic, bonus on top, company car. If you’re a Business Development Manager who wants to be out in the market, building relationships, travelling, and growing something with proper backing behind you, this will make sense.
