Right now, we need to strengthen our Consumer Experience team with a PR Manager focused on our Amps and Music initiatives.

What you’ll do

  • You will contribute to the global PR strategy and drive hands‑on execution across Guitar and Music media.
  • Working closely with the Senior Manager, Music PR, you will support global PR plans and collaborate with regional teams, agencies, and Brand Marketing.
  • Contribute to and execute the global PR strategy for Amps and Music Platforms, supporting product launches and integrated marketing plans.
  • Develop PR plans, create and distribute press materials, and collaborate closely with Brand Marketing and Creative teams.
  • Own relationships with Guitar and Music media, coordinating interviews, reviews, features, and media placements globally.
  • Act as media representative at key industry events and manage press samples and PR seeding strategies in collaboration with Culture Marketing.
  • Manage content creator, ambassador and spokesperson briefs and deliverables, while maintaining editorial calendars and media target lists.
  • Track media coverage, support reporting and performance analysis, and contribute to PR activities for select Marshall Records artists.

  • We’re looking for someone who thrives in an execution‑driven role and enjoys balancing structure with creativity.
  • You are proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a fast‑moving global organisation.
  • You enjoy building long‑term relationships with media and understand how PR contributes to brand growth and commercial impact.
  • You probably have the following experiences & skills:
  • 6+ years of experience in PR, Media, or Account Management, ideally within a music or music equipment brand.
  • Strong understanding of the music industry, guitar media landscape, and professional musician community.
  • Demonstrated experience executing PR strategies and delivering measurable results.
  • Highly organised with strong project management skills and proficiency in reporting tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise effectively, and navigate a fast‑paced global marketing environment.
