What you’ll do:
- Define and evolve Marshall’s global brand activation strategy.
- Embed activation into the annual brand roadmap across campaigns, launches, music strategy, owned spaces, and cultural moments.
- Establish clear principles, frameworks, and success metrics to drive consistency and scalability.
- Oversee major global activations including festivals, cultural moments, flagship trade shows, and internal brand kick-offs.
- Ensure world-class execution that aligns brand storytelling with business impact.
- Build a high-performing activation function rooted in ownership, clarity, and excellence.
- Own relationships with global agencies, production partners, and vendors.
- Establish robust global processes for planning and production.
- Track performance and translate insights into continuous improvement.
