We’re looking for a commercially driven and strategic Channel Marketing Manager who will develop and execute channel marketing activities that optimize sell‑out from retail and online across Consumer Electronics, Pure Players, and Musical Instruments channels. You will work closely with sales leads to develop and execute channel marketing plans, while engaging directly with key stakeholders at retail partners. You will drive retail sales and marketing cycles, coordinating planning and execution at a local level and collaborating closely with local marketing teams to secure strong integrated plans across all marketing instruments. This is a highly collaborative and fast‑paced role for someone who understands the modern consumer purchase journey and knows how to turn strategy into measurable commercial results.

Implement and execute the overall global channel marketing strategy with regional/local adaptation. Work with country lead to define priorities and investments in line with global strategies. Work with local/regional/global teams to develop local consumer plans and product launch plans, adapt to local and account specific channel marketing activities to maximize sell‑out. Responsible for local input into the GTM process including local market insights, marketing roadmap feedback, local budget, and delivery of the local consumer plan. Work closely with the marketing stakeholders at the retail accounts to secure desired presentation of the brand and products in‑store and online, as well as any advertising from the retailer. Secure compliance with marketing guidelines across all execution. Manage the retail sales cycles, align with global consumer plan, adapt and localise as needed. Where appropriate drive for differentiation across retail partner. Drive marketplace execution across Amazon and key European platforms. Drive traffic, conversion, and visibility through retail media, content optimisation, and trading events. Lead sell‑out planning cycles including product launches and promotional periods. Plan and execute retail staff training, trade events, field merchandising/promoter. Drive sell‑out from retail stores and websites to reach set KPIs with desired ROI. Engage in channel marketing community, share and learn from other regions to make local execution best in class. Manage budget, planning, agency relations (where appropriate) and secure tools needed for monitoring and follow‑up. Report KPIs and key insights to Global Channel Marketing Manager and other stakeholders. Align with Marketing Manager on local activities to ensure a 360‑degree coverage for local and trade marketing.

You are a collaborative and commercially driven channel marketer with strong stakeholder management and communication skills. You thrive in fast‑paced environments, confidently managing multiple priorities while driving projects from strategy through execution. With an entrepreneurial and results‑oriented mindset, you are comfortable influencing cross‑functional teams and delivering impactful channel marketing activities across both digital and physical retail environments.

Required experiences & skills

  • External Leadership (e.g., Display partners and/or agencies) and entrepreneurial skills with a collaborative approach and ability to have an impact and influence without authority.
  • In‑depth experience in Consumer Electronics segments with an established network and industry influence.
  • Solid channel marketing experience with a thorough understanding of the consumer purchase journey across digital and physical channels with high focus on digital touchpoints.
  • Proven track record of defining plans with successful execution and positive sell‑out results.
  • Experience of working in an international environment developing marketing plans and leading execution, preferably within the retail industry.
  • Strong digital marketing knowledge, thorough comprehension of digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM fundamentals and best practices.
  • Experience working with and managing execution through online marketplaces (including Amazon).
