Right now, we need to strengthen our Product Management team with a Product Manager based in Milton Keynes who will focus on the roadmap and product portfolio within our musical instrument (MI) category.
What you’ll do
- Develop the product roadmap for part of the Amplification category and secure a competitive and cohesive portfolio across different types of guitar amplification gear, such as heads, combos, cabinets, and pedals.
- Drive product development with a strong focus on both product excellence and business outcomes.
- Report to the Director of Product Management.
- Secure product-market fit by ensuring the product is desirable to users, viable for the business, and technically feasible.
- Analyze user and artist feedback along with market insights to develop a deep understanding of the market and consumer needs.
- Define hypotheses for product discovery and explore opportunities with tech and design leads to identify the right products to build.
- Develop, plan, and present product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Align the Product team around objectives, priorities, and requirements.
- Support Brand & Marketing and Sales teams in go-to-market activities.
- Ensure efficient product portfolio and lifecycle management.
- Monitor user experience and track the market performance of products to drive continuous improvement.
Who we’re looking for

Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field, or equivalent.
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar product management role, preferably within the musical instrument (MI) industry.
- Solid technical background gained from working in a product development environment.
- Experience in portfolio and lifecycle management.
- Experience in analysing consumer behaviour and market insights.
