What you’ll do
Support and assist assigned MT leaders, ensuring that all aspects of administration, planning and coordination of work streams is managed effectively and efficiently.
This role will have involvement with helping to support the Marketing department and other areas, such as strategy, HR, and product.
This role will also align with the Senior Executive Assistant to ensure complete support across the MT leaders.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs.
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Help with daily time management, review schedules and identify gaps, overlaps or conflicts.
- Participate & note taking during meetings (when required).
- Delegate tasks and organise meetings with internal and external key stakeholders / team members.
- Regularly organise and book travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, etc.
- Coordinate events and projects relevant to area of work.
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as completion of expense reports.
- Run errands when needed and manage various ad hoc requests throughout the day.
Who we’re looking for
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail.
You probably have the following experiences & skills
- 3+ years’ experience in similar administration, PA or leadership support role
- Experience managing multiple C level schedules simultaneously.
- International meeting & travel coordination experience.
