The Role
Responsibilities
- Working as part of a client team handling high-value and complex commercial disputes, contractual claims, and professional negligence cases.
- Being responsible for your own varied caseload.
- Advising corporate and individual clients on risk management and dispute resolution strategies.
- Supervising and mentoring junior members of the team.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through outstanding service and communication.
- Contributing to business development initiatives and the continued growth of the Dispute Resolution team.
About You
- A minimum of 7 years PQE in Dispute Resolution, with a strong track record in working on complex and high value cases.
- Exceptional analytical, drafting, and advocacy skills.
- A client-centric approach, with the ability to provide practical, commercial advice.
- Proven experience in supervising and developing junior lawyers.
- Strong business development and networking abilities.
