The Role

As a Commercial Property Solicitor at FMGS, you will work on a varied and stimulating caseload that includes:

  • Advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties.
  • Acting for landlords and tenants in lease negotiations.
  • Handling property development projects, including planning agreements and disposals.
  • Advising on secured lending transactions and property finance.
  • Assisting clients with property portfolio management.
  • Providing strategic advice to clients on risk management and compliance with property laws.

About You

The successful candidate will be a motivated and commercially astute solicitor with a proven track record in handling commercial property matters.

Key attributes we’re looking for include

  • 3-7 years’ PQE in commercial property law, with experience in handling a broad range of transactions.
