Own the transition plan: define capacity reallocation targets, conversion metrics (broking $ to advisory $), staffing models, and automation ROI.
- Sales Leadership & Oversight: Provide assertive sales management oversight of all segments. Segment Growth Leaders will have joint reporting to you and their Segment leader, with you as their dotted-line accountability for growth execution. Set sales priorities, coach segment leaders on advisory/digital selling, challenge underperformance, and override prioritization decisions when required to drive transformation targets.
