We are seeking a talented individual to join our Fiduciary Credit Control team at Marsh. This role will be based in Norwich. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement through the training period to be 100% office-based transitioning to working at least three days a week in the office.

Based within our busy Fiduciary Accounting department, this is a varied and stimulating insurance accounting-based credit control role, where you will be responsible for the collection of funds from our clients. You will also be required to build and develop strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, be comfortable working with MS Excel and adept at managing a varied and demanding workload.
Whilst we would welcome candidates with relevant experience, we are also keen to hear from college leavers, graduates and individuals with transferable skills, who are able to demonstrate a genuine interest in building a career within the Financial Services Sector.
To succeed you will be highly numerate, have great communication skills and enjoy using these strengths to resolve queries.
We will rely on you to:
- Perform credit control activities both verbally and in written formats.
- Be responsible for ledger management.
- Investigate and resolve any unmatched cash issues/financial exposures.
- Develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work out different tax/commission rates.
What you need to have:
- Good level of education with clear strengths in numerical and potentially accounting related subjects.
- Great communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
