We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marketing team at Guy Carpenter. This role will be based in London and is hybrid, requiring at least three days a week in the office. The Marketing Leader is responsible for shaping and driving Guy Carpenter’s go-to-market strategy, partnering closely with business and marketing stakeholders across regions to deliver integrated marketing initiatives that elevate the firm’s intellectual capital, strengthen brand positioning, and accelerate demand generation.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic marketing partner to senior business leaders, aligning marketing priorities with commercial objectives and enterprise growth strategies.
- Drive the development and execution of integrated go‑to‑market strategies that enhance brand positioning, elevate intellectual capital, and support revenue growth across key business areas.
- Develop and lead an “always‑on” multi‑channel marketing and demand generation program to increase awareness, engagement, and commercial impact for Guy Carpenter’s consulting capabilities and product solutions.
- Shape and execute the firm’s content, thought leadership, and influencer strategies to strengthen market differentiation and position Guy Carpenter as a trusted industry leader.
- Partner with Guy Carpenter’s Subject Matter Experts and the global content team to develop impactful thought leadership, messaging, and marketing assets tailored to regional and local client needs across channels, including digital, email, and social.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, market opportunities, and client challenges in order to design targeted, insight‑driven marketing campaigns aligned to broader business and marketing objectives.
- Partner with the Digital Marketing Center of Excellence to optimize digital engagement strategies, enhance user experience, strengthen campaign performance, and drive lead generation and client engagement across digital channels.
- Work cross‑functionally with Events, PR, Creative, Digital Marketing, and Communications teams to deliver integrated, scalable, and consistent marketing programs and client experiences globally.
What you need to have
- Experience working in a large, complex, and matrixed environment, collaborating with a wide variety of stakeholders to develop and execute marketing and communications strategies, campaigns, and tactics.
- Extensive experience across all marketing disciplines and delivery channels with a clear track record in digital marketing, analytics, and proving ROI, enabling maximized commercial success.
- Experience in building B2B brands and managing multiple marketing programs for differing lines of business in a coordinated approach.
