IMPACT is a dedicated team of proposal specialists within Marsh, helping the business win new clients and retain existing ones.

We work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, managing the full lifecycle of a wide range of insurance reviews and Rf Ps to deliver compelling proposals that support Marsh’s growth and help us deliver the best of Marsh to our clients.

No previous insurance or proposal experience is required — full training and development will be provided and over time, you will build the technical knowledge, commercial understanding and confidence needed to progress into a more experienced bid management role.

  • Support the creation and coordination of bespoke insurance proposals and Rf P responses for major clients and prospects.
  • Help Marsh win new business and retain existing clients by producing high-quality, compelling proposal content.
  • Work with teams across Marsh to help define project scope, timelines, and requirements, supporting delivery through to completion.
  • Help manage project activity, ensuring tasks are tracked and progressed in a timely and accurate manner.
