Join to apply for the Trainee Client Advisor role at Marsh. We are seeking a talented individual to join our Agricultural team at Marsh Commercial. This role will be based in Ludlow and is an office‑based position requiring you to work in the office at least four days a week.
We have an exciting opportunity to serve both new and existing clients with a range of commercial insurance products within the Agricultural & Farming sector. If successful, you will receive first‑class induction and the opportunity to attain chartered insurance qualifications.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent client service on all aspects of account management, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards.
- Ensuring timely completion of all set tasks, maintaining client satisfaction at all times.
- Demonstrating adaptability when required, supporting colleagues in completing business‑critical tasks.
- Developing meaningful working relationships with insurer partners through regular contact and liaison to better serve our clients.
- Through training, coaching and mentoring, developing a thorough understanding of all major classes of insurance that we offer and staying abreast of new technical and product developments.
Qualifications:
- Ideally, you’ll have a minimum of 1 year’s experience within insurance (personal lines or commercial) – however, this is not essential as you will receive first‑class induction and training.
- Strong literacy, numeracy, administration and communication skills demonstrated via qualifications or grades gained during education.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and work flexibly when required.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
- Experience utilising the Microsoft Office suite and similar products.
