About the Oliver Wyman Forum

The Forum collaborates extensively with external influencers, co‑creating solutions that empower leaders across public and private sectors to act.
Responsibilities
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable marketing plans and ensure all efforts are integrated, effective, and aligned with Forum priorities.
- Oversee execution of high‑impact, multi‑channel campaigns.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, setting delivery expectations, offering actionable feedback, and guiding development in both in‑person and virtual environments.
- Work closely with Design, Editorial, and Events teams, and coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Detail‑oriented with 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in strategy consulting, professional services, think tank, or fast‑moving global organization.
- Creative collaborator with a proven track record delivering engaging marketing across digital and internal channels.
- Strong stakeholder management skills; able to influence CEO and C‑Suite level stakeholders and clients.
- Experience with Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) and/or Persona‑Based Marketing (PBM) is desired.
- Experience supporting brand‑focused event marketing and campaign execution, including positioning, attendee and speaker targeting, event experience, and amplification.
- Curiosity about C‑Suite issues such as AI, geopolitics, workforce, etc., and willingness to contribute to the Forum’s initiatives.
- Previous management of small teams, setting expectations, providing actionable feedback, and managing both in‑person and virtual teams.
