The Marsh Re Engagement Leader role Global Specialties is a growth and collaboration position designed to strengthen connectivity between Marsh Re and Marsh Risk, accelerate strategic opportunities, help deliver broader value to clients and unlock new revenue opportunities.
Candidates who bring strong Marsh Risk relationships, commercial credibility, and the ability to navigate across internal stakeholders will be well positioned for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Strengthen collaboration across Marsh Re, Marsh Risk, and MMA to convert market and client intersections into measurable revenue opportunities, with a particular focus on building stronger internal connectivity and execution discipline.
Accelerate growth opportunities by identifying and strategically addressing the needs of global clients.
Develop and lead placement strategies from traditional risk
