Darwin is a marketâleading global platform that requires specific training and accreditation for consultants to be proficient in delivering programs and projects. It transforms the employee benefits industry with its innovative SaaS platform.
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Mercer (Darwin) to lead workshops, define requirements, and work with teams to implement and test solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead project workshops to understand the client's business and benefit structures and how Darwin best meets their needs.
- Scope, design, and document requirements in accordance with Darwin Delivery Methodology (DDM).
- Work with Configuration and QA teams to implement the agreed design and oversee testing of the configured solution; support clients in UAT.
- Follow the project plan and deliver assigned tasks and actions on time.
- Capture and track process wins throughout the project lifeâcycle.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and mediate solutions that align with the client's needs and Darwin's capabilities.
- Communicate complex ideas in a simple, understandable manner to all stakeholders.
- Prioritise workload with your Squad Lead and remain focused on the strategic picture across clients and business.
- Work with Project Managers to update plans, risk, and issue logs in line with DDM.
- Help improve processes and drive efficiency across the department and Darwin Services.
- Experience in the implementation of enterprise software.
