We are seeking a talented individual to join our delivery team at Darwin, a Marsh business. This role will be based in London and is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.
This role is part of the Darwin Services group, focused on delivering innovative, technology-driven solutions to global clients. You will collaborate closely with experienced consultants and project teams to analyse client needs, design tailored solutions, and support seamless project delivery using the Darwin Delivery Methodology.
We will count on you to:
- Support project workshops with experienced consultants to understand the client’s business and benefit structures, conducting sessions remotely or onsite.
- Be responsible for scoping, designing, and documenting requirements in accordance with the Darwin Delivery Method (DDM).
- Collaborate with Project Managers in updating plans, risk and issues logs in line with DDM.
- Learn how to follow a project plan and deliver assigned tasks and actions in accordance with timelines.
- Capture and track process wins throughout the lifecycle of the project and help to improve processes and drive efficiency on a client, departmental, and organisational level.
- Collaborate with the Configuration and QA teams on implementing the agreed design and support the testing of the configured solution to defined specifications/requirements, assisting clients in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Help collate and process client data ahead of launches.
- Acquire stakeholder and relationship management skills that will enable you to mediate and provide complex solutions on how best to meet the client’s needs within the framework of Darwin’s capabilities.
- Work with your Squad (Technical) Lead on managing workload prioritisation and keeping relevant stakeholders up to date.
