We are seeking a talented individual to join our Claims team at Marsh Commercial. This role will be based in Leeds and is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

The Marsh Commercial Claims team is dedicated to delivering exceptional claims handling services across a range of insurance lines, with a focus on Property and Liability claims. Our team prides itself on being detail-oriented, customer-focused, and highly communicative, ensuring that every claim is thoroughly investigated and processed efficiently. We work closely with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders to assess claim validity, facilitate timely settlements, and maintain accurate documentation.

The ideal candidate will have some previous claims experience, preferably within Property or Liability; however, other areas of insurance and claims can be considered. They would also be very detail-oriented, customer-focused, and have excellent communication skills.

  • Investigate and process insurance claims efficiently and accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders.
  • Assess the validity of claims and ensure timely settlements.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the claims process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to all parties involved.

  • Previous claims experience, preferably within Property or Liability; other insurance and claims areas will be considered.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using claims management software.
