We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Mercer (Darwin) to lead workshops, define requirements, and work with teams to implement and test solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project workshops to understand the client’s business and benefit structures and how Darwin best meets their needs.
- Scope, design, and document requirements in accordance with Darwin Delivery Methodology (DDM).
- Work with Configuration and QA teams to implement the agreed design and oversee testing of the configured solution; support clients in UAT.
- Follow the project plan and deliver assigned tasks and actions on time.
- Capture and track process wins throughout the project life‑cycle.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and mediate solutions that align with the client’s needs and Darwin’s capabilities.
- Communicate complex ideas in a simple, understandable manner to all stakeholders.
- Prioritise workload with your Squad Lead and remain focused on the strategic picture across clients and business.
- Work with Project Managers to update plans, risk, and issue logs in line with DDM.
- Help improve processes and drive efficiency across the department and Darwin Services.
