Join to apply for the Client Executive role at Marsh. This role can be based out of our Cardiff office. This is a hybrid role that requires working at two to three days a week in the office.
As a Client Executive, you will focus on managing and retaining an existing client portfolio while identifying and creating new revenue opportunities through proactive cross-selling and upselling of our services. You will be responsible for delivering sales and growth within your predefined area, demonstrating excellent client retention skills, and covering the Welsh region. This is an exciting opportunity for a current Client Executive or possibly an experienced Account Handler with demonstrable new business and client management experience looking to thrive at a market-leading insurance broker.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, and producers to provide best-in-class service and drive growth.
- Deliver sales and growth within your predefined area.
- Collaborate with other Account Management colleagues to execute on the growth and retention strategy and meet sales goals.
- Serve as a client contact, responding to complex client needs and questions to enhance the client experience.
- Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of changing market conditions and comply with all compliance, professional, and transparency standards.
What you need to have
- A strong Corporate or mid-sized Commercial Insurance background with the ability to manage, retain and grow an existing portfolio of business.
- Cross-class knowledge including Property, Casualty, Motor, Marine and Financial Lines.
- A passion for elite client service and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Stakeholder management skills up to and including senior executive level.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
