Marsh is seeking an Algorithmic Underwriting Lead to manage the rules engine for Fast Track underwriting across London, Norwich or Birmingham in a hybrid setup requiring three days in the office. You will drive automated decisioning aligned with the Underwriting Framework and work closely with senior underwriting leaders to deliver accurate, scalable automation and commercial value.
