We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Client Advisor to join our Risk Management team based in Birmingham.
We will count on you to:
- Collaborate with Account Executives to retain and generate new business by managing contract reviews, midterm changes, and leveraging strategic information.
- Manage all aspects of account servicing, including queries, renewals, amendments, and mid-term adjustments for large accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service and foster growth.
- Provide technical support for complex client relationships to ensure satisfaction and mutual understanding.
- Stay informed on market conditions and ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.
What you need to have:
- Previous experience in a similar role within commercial, risk management, or corporate insurance.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence in advising, negotiating, and building relationships.
