We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Client Advisor to join our Risk Management team based in Birmingham.

We will count on you to:

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to retain and generate new business by managing contract reviews, midterm changes, and leveraging strategic information.
  • Manage all aspects of account servicing, including queries, renewals, amendments, and mid-term adjustments for large accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service and foster growth.
  • Provide technical support for complex client relationships to ensure satisfaction and mutual understanding.
  • Stay informed on market conditions and ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.

What you need to have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within commercial, risk management, or corporate insurance.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence in advising, negotiating, and building relationships.
