You’ll join a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment with opportunities to shape analytics in a leading global organization. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li professional development opportunities /li li supportive leadership /li li vibrant and inclusive culture /li li career growth within a global organization /li li benefits and rewards to enhance well-being /li li hybrid work with office anchor days /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Support analytics platform deployment across key divisions (Aviation, Construction, Credit Specialties, Energy Power, FINPRO, Marine, PEMA) in collaboration with business leaders and analytics colleagues /li li Drive engagement of Marsh Risk Consulting analytics offerings with Marsh Specialty UK I clients /li li Lead and support analytics project delivery to achieve strong client outcomes and quality results /li li Assist UK I sales and client service with clear results presentation, methodological explanations, and practical recommendations /li li Collaborate with Marsh global teams to share best practices and embed them across the business /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Strong analytics or actuarial background, ideally in risk management or commercial insurance /li li 4+ years of relevant experience in model development, risk management, retail insurance, actuarial practice, or advisory/consulting /li li Proficiency in MS Excel and at least one programming language /li li Strong presentation skills and experience delivering consulting projects /li li Solid working knowledge of commercial specialty insurance programs /li /ul ul li Collaborative mindset /li li Strong communication and presentation skills /li li Client-facing advisory capabilities /li li MS Excel proficiency /li li Programming language (Python or R) /li li Stochastic modelling (advantage) /li /ul
