The Site Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management, coordination and successful delivery of construction projects from commencement through to completion. The successful candidate will oversee site operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and within budget. They will coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and plant, whilst maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and project managers. This role plays a key part in ensuring high standards of quality, compliance and workmanship across all site activity.

Experience Required:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry, with a strong understanding of site operations, delivery processes and project coordination.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and multiple trades effectively.
  • Excellent knowledge of health and safety legislation, site compliance, RAMS, permits and company procedures.
  • SMSTS qualification with a Management CSCS Card, with First Aid at Work preferred.
  • Able to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and programmes, with strong commercial awareness and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
