Join Our Commercial Insurance Team at Marsh in Worcester! We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to lead and develop a team of Client Advisors, driving growth and operational excellence in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.
What you will do:
- Provide day‑to‑day oversight and management of a team of Client Advisors, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction.
- Lead, coach, and support team members through regular performance reviews, development plans, and real‑time technical and soft skills support.
- Analyze business MI to identify trends, opportunities, and implement corrective actions to improve results.
- Support the team’s sales activities, build relationships with prospective clients, and contribute to new business growth.
