  • Improve clients’ risk management through the delivery of tailored health, safety and environment consulting projects
  • Review clients’ operations to identify and analyze risks to their employees, contractors, visitors and other stakeholders
  • Develop comprehensive set of HSE documentation to support the embedding of HSE into client operations
  • Undertake on-site visits to determine HSE capabilities, identify risks and areas for improvement and craft corrective action reports
  • Undertake both in-person and online training of client employees in all areas of Health, safety and Environmental Management
  • Prepare concise and clear reports and presentations
  • Provide risk management advice and consultancy primarily on health, safety, and environmental risks
  • Identify and develop relationships and opportunities internally and externally to ensure sustained growth for Marsh
  • Work with key business leaders in delivering value added services to clients
  • Develop and deliver propositions and solutions in line with client and market needs
  • Develop professionally as both a Health, Safety, and Environment Professional and Consultant
  • Grow your personal understanding and knowledge of Risk Management

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related discipline
  • Professional HSE certifications such as: NEBOSH International Diploma, IOSH Membership, CSP / CMIOSH, ISO 450001 Lead Auditor, ISO 14001 Lead Auditor
  • Minimum 15 years of working experience within construction, Oil & Gas, utilities, and heavy industries consulting
  • Proven experience in a senior advisory or consultancy role
  • Strong knowledge of international HSE standard and management systems
  • Experience managing multi-disciplinary and high-risk projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • High level of report writing and presentation skills

  • Considerable experience in managing consultancy teams, building out consultant capabilities, and driving change
  • Recognized for creating scalable, audit-ready solutions that meet regulatory requirements, operational efficiency, and business growth.
  • Ability to support environmental management initiatives including waste management, sustainability, and environmental impact mitigation
  • Ability to deliver HSE training, workshops and awareness programs for management and site personnel
  • Ability to work closely with senior management, explain complex issues, and prepare and deliver executive presentations
  • Experience in the use of technology platforms to deliver solutions
