We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marsh Portfolio Solutions team at Marsh. This role will be based in Norwich. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. Marsh Portfolio Solutions (MPS) is a dynamic client-centric practice within Marsh UK and Ireland that places and manages a range of innovative portfolio solutions across Marsh Practices. MPS comprises 120 dedicated professionals providing a range of intermediary services to insurer clients including management information, insights and analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Be the primary owner for all the data and technical tasks for the Quota Share Facility.
  • Produce analysis and reporting on slips and endorsements as well as investigating breaks and queries.
  • Input risk data (original risks plus endorsements) into facility databases ensuring integrity of data and keeping within team Key Performance Indicators.
  • Extract data from the system and provide it in a clear format for senior colleagues.

  • Knowledge of all Microsoft office products with heavy reference to Excel / Word / PowerPoint.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Highly organised and methodical in approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Happy to work with large volumes of data.

  • Strong data management experience ideally within analysis and reporting.
  • Good Excel especially with Pivot tables, Look-ups and Formulas.
  • Knowledge of Class of Business (ideally Property).
  • Data Analysis, Processing and Reporting experience.
  • Experience in the insurance market.
