We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marine team at Marsh Risk. This role will be based in Norwich and is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

Are you passionate about Marine insurance and eager to build strong client relationships? We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Client Executive to join our dynamic Hull Team. While relevant experience is preferred, we value a strong attitude, a proactive approach, and a hunger to learn and develop within a collaborative environment.

In this role, you will work closely with a supportive team of professionals, helping to deliver exceptional service to our clients while driving growth and retention:

  • Manage relationships with clients, prospects, and producers to deliver exceptional service and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to execute on growth and retention strategies, meeting sales targets.
  • Serve as a primary contact for clients, responding to complex needs and questions to enhance their experience.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Marine insurance industry, market trends, and ensure compliance with all standards.
  • Liaise regularly with Underwriters via in-person meetings, phone, Zoom, and electronic trading platforms.

What you need to have:

  • Excellent communication skills and a desire to deliver great service to our clients.
  • Familiarity with insurance market conditions and cycles.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
