We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marsh Portfolio Solutions (MPS) team at Marsh. This role will be based in Norwich and is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

Marsh Portfolio Solutions is a dynamic client-centric practice within Marsh UK and Ireland that places and manages a range of innovative portfolio solutions across Marsh Practices. MPS comprises 120 dedicated professionals providing a range of intermediary services to insurer clients including management information, insights and analysis.

Based within our Digital and Analytics team, the role will enable you to build upon existing data and analytical skills to support the department in meeting its contractual obligations to clients. You will work alongside departmental stakeholders around the collection of quantitative and qualitative data, and the provision and design of dashboards showing analysis and data insights, utilising high value analytics to provide insight to internal and external stakeholders.

We will rely on you to:

  • Liaise and coordinate with Marsh colleagues to ensure timely receipt of data
  • Interpret qualitative data and convert to quantitative data in order to provide data insights
  • Design and produce overview documents to be easily used in internal facility performance reviews
  • Assist in the development of automation procedures and processes to maintain services that will build up over time
  • Recommend improvements and efficiencies to existing processes and procedures based on data analysis findings
  • Support the team broadly by managing day-to-day aspects for portfolio analytics
