We are seeking a talented individual to join our Fiduciary Credit Control team at Marsh. This role will be based in Norwich. This is a hybrid role that requires 100% office‑based during the training period, transitioning to at least three days a week in the office thereafter.

Responsibilities:- Collect funds from clients within our busy Fiduciary Accounting department.
- Build and develop strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Use MS Excel and manage a varied and demanding workload.
- Perform credit control activities verbally and in written formats.
- Manage ledgers and investigate unmatched cash issues or financial exposures.
- Work out different tax and commission rates.
- Good level of education with strengths in numerical and potentially accounting related subjects.
- Great communication skills and the ability to build relationships with colleagues, clients and other stakeholders.
- Exceptional numeracy skills with demonstrable experience of working with figures.
- High level of accuracy and impeccable attention to detail.
- Inquisitive mindset with excellent problem‑solving skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage differing demands.
- Passion for delivering excellent service to external and internal clients.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Previous credit control or accounting experience within a similar (ideally insurance related) role.
- Proven track record in handling and resolving complex customer queries in a financial environment.
